Whilst diving, I came across a bottle, which upon inspection after surfacing, is a plain whisky bottle. The lead cap which was attached to it (although no longer is) says on it 'William Teacher & Sons ... Glasgow'. The bottle has a very rough texture, although from being underwater for so long, could be from being bumped about, and has a few bubbles in the glasswork. Was also told that it's from a 3-piece mold, and it's obvioulsy made from 3 different pieces of glass. Is anyone able to give me any information IDing it properly (age, value, rareity)?

Don't have a pic of the base yet, but it's raised up quite high in a big curved dimple. Nothing printed on it.

Hi guys,

Here's a couple more pics. It's pretty hard to read the seal in the pics. Can anyone tell anything from the base of the bottle?

Think it's cool that the stopper's still in it? Should see what else is still in the bottle ;)

Thanks,

Ryan.
