Help ID'ing Foreign Coins

A friend of mine on eBay sent me some foreign paper money and some older foreign coins in a Christmas card to me the other day and I need some help. I was wondering the following:

1) What is the exchange rate on these? (I'm not going to turn around and cash them in, just curious.)
2) What is the value of these coins? (Again, I'm not going to try and sell them, just wondering. I want to know the FV of the coin, and what they are composed of.)
3) Rarity/production numbers (if available)

From picture #1, left to right, top to bottom:

1. 1962 Thailand 1 baht, copper nickel, worth 5 cents numismatically, no longer legal tender, 883,086,000 minted
2. 1982 Colombia 20 pesos- aluminum bronze, worth 20 cents numismatically, worth 1 cent in exchange, mintage unknown for 1982, but probably around 60 to 100 million
3. 1978 Indonesia 100 rupiah, copper nickel, worth 50 cents numismatically, worth 1 cent in exchange, 907,773,000 minted
4. 1987 Singapore 1 dollar- aluminum bronze, worth 82 cents in exchange value (numismatic value equal to exchange value), 21,772,000 minted
5. 1972 Thailand 5 baht-copper nickel, worth 60 cents numismatically, 16 cents in exchange, 30,016,000 minted
6. 1966 Panama 1/10 balboa, copper nickel has two Types, type 1 and type 2; the difference is in the diamonds by the "DE" in "Republica de Panama." Yours is a Type 1, so worth $2 numimatically, 10 cents in exchange, 6,955,000 minted (compared to 1,000,000 for Type 2)

It would only be worth $3.50, considering the same exact condition. But in BU, the price difference is $5 vs. $18. I got one out of a dime bag that was otherwise a skunk. It was in about the condition as your dime.
