Help me please identify this rock

I have this rock and I want to know what it is. I want to polish it and use it for jewelry if possible. Problem I am new to this and have no clue what this is nor how to polish it or if it can be polished. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Looks like quartz. Cutting and polishing is pretty straight forward. Use cerium oxide for polish.
A cabbing machine or similar would be easiest to use for cutting it.

But chances are you need a tilesaw or similar to cut up the quartz first.
