Don't worry about your English, so long as we can read it.

I don't know of a coil supoort for the Excal, but would thing any of them would work, or you can make your own out of a piece of plastic. Fasten it to the coil with a nylon Loc-Tie.

Have you replaced the thin nylon bolt with a thicker one. Some have used the nylon bolts that are used to hold the toilet seat to the toilet. You would need to drill out the ears on the coil and shaft.

Jerome.....check your tear drop rubber washers between your shaft and coil....they may need to be replaced or you can add a thin rubber washer to them.....I also drill out hole for a bigger nylon bolt like Sandman suggested so you can tighten it better....no one I know with a excalibur has to use coil support which makes me think your washers are bad......hope this helps.......rdi

My attachment bolt seems to be failing, think it is stripped, as I can turn it endlessly, and it never tightens. Have planned tog et the toilet seat bolts, but was unaware there was any modification needed to employ them. What then is the trick to using them?

Thanks
Anthony

Narthoniel ...I get my nylon bolts at a hobby shop...they have many sizes.... rdi

lowes also carries a pretty good selection of nylon bolts, washers and nuts
