I found this token while hunting the yard of a house built in 1910, in St. Paul. It's hard to read from the photo, but on one side it says 1st Inf. M.N.G, which I believe is the Minnesota National Guard. On the other side it says Good For 5 cents In Trade. Does anyone have any information on this token or how old it is?

Your token is listed in Cunningham's military token book under Minneapolis, MN. It comes in two varieties, with & without diamonds on the reverse. Yours appears to be the no diamonds variety and is catalog no. MN40b.

Thanks! Does it say what year it is from?

No, there is no mention of the time period nor why it is listed under Minneapolis. The 6th & 206th Inf. units are listed as unassigned Minnesota.
