✅ SOLVED Help on big old coin/token!

I dug this large coin and can't solve what it is so thought I'd see if anyone on here has any ideas. It's been one of the hardest coins to clean even just to make out this much detail. Modern penny is by it in the picture for size reference. Any help would be appreciated! [emoji2]
