1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

2nd - I moved ya from TODAY'S FINDS! over to WHAT IS IT? for more exposure.

NOTE: Forum TODAY'S FINDS! contains your find(s). Share it with others in the Today's Finds Forum. Always a "timely" place to visit.

3rd - Also, If no one can identify your find - you might consider posting your picture on NORTH AMERICAN INDIAN ARTIFACTS for additional exposure...

The all important base is missing. Without the base, ID is nearly impossible. It’s just an authentic broken Native American knife or projectile point.

true that... but perhaps some sort of lanceolate leaf shaped point.

Depending on the basal area, not shown, it could be a preform or cobbs. Or something else.
