The marks are a little worn the smaller marke has an 800 on it ring tested good for 14k thanks in advance

Little too blurry to read.
 
I can't make it out either. I think it might mean its gold. Pretty cool ring.
 
Can't read the marks but the two flags on the ring appear to be French and (possibly) Portuguese. Don't know why those two would appear together, so maybe the one I see as Portuguese is something else. Doesn't seem to relate to any of France's colonial territories though.

I was thinking mexican american possibly
 
France and Mexico is my guess. Possibly someone’s parental lineage. :dontknow:
 
That's a mystery! Can't help with the jeweler's mark , but big congrats on the ring. Pretty unique.

It may be denoting each parent’s background. France and… I could go Portuguese or Mexican. Does need clearer picture
 
I would agree with Mexico and France. The French invaded Mexico from 1862-1867.
 
My old eyes can't completely discern what I'm seeing, but it's a very cool ring- Congrats Kent!
