Help on SPOON MARKS...

Hello everybody!!!..I am hopeing that someone knows these marks.I own 5 books on silver(SS)and silver plate(The book of SHEFFEILD plate&Victorian plate,ETC.)&Still can NOT I.D. these marks!!! top appears to be a human holding a sword,next looks like two bldg.'s&Last is a P (date mark!?!)...Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! thanks all&HH!

Three towers means sterling but two towers means silver plate. Cheers! CP
