i found this yesterday. i have no idea what it is... there are no markings on it anywhere. i found it at an elementary school which i heard had a farm on it at one time. it is about the size of a quarter, and i almost didn't dig it because it gave off an iron signal and i figured it would be another nail. it wasn't...

Its way too dark. Try taking your picture with a darker background (like blue) in daylight for better results. Your camera cannot adjust on the object with the white background. Use Macro no flash.

I tried to lighten it but its still hard to see. Your camera is not bad but you need to take the pic with a darker background, like I said.

If you have to scan it, put a piece of dark paper over it - blue, green, red. White just doesn't work.
