help please!

[Coldstream]

just would like to ask if anyone has found anything of these red coats. i will post a picture as soon as i can figure out how to do it, or get my daughter to do it for me. i'm new to metal detecting and have found a round shield with a cross in the center and COLD STREAM GUARDS in a border around it. any info would be appreciated. thanks.

You might have a rare piece for it being over here. I didnt find any history of the cold stream being over here during the amer. rev. Could be a piece brought over when the owner immigrated to here way back when.
