Help Please

I recently found this relic in my yard (other civil war relics have been found) and i dont know what it is. It is made of lead and has OXO written on the front of it in fancy lettering. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

ECD, curious object you have there. On the edge forward in the picture as it tapers to the right, is that a hole that goes out the other side? I'm thinking it may have been a shipping container lead seal that had to be cut off before the contents of a crate could be inspected/removed. Good picture especially with the half there for size. Possibly another picture showing a bit more detail of the lettering would help "those in the know" to identify the object..............63bkpkr

Thanks for the reply there is an indention but not a hole.
