help to I.D. this locomotive, please

it is 8 3/4'' long, 2 1/16 wide. Found at an 1813 plank walled house I am trying to buy--(hoping for 1802 1/2 dime) I have searched through many Lionel images, (it might not be from them) no real markings but for the cab windows and the handrail-- any help is welcome---- da Prof

Based on your pic I'd say 'Italian train' because it didn't show up.
