It’s not Celtic. It’s a “Coptic” cross… an Eastern Catholic Symbol, widely used in Africa, and particularly in Ethiopian and Eritrean churches. This one is antique, in gold, and very much stylised like yours: These are also antique but less old, in silver, showing other variants of the style and from Ethiopia: It's an item that's going to be very difficult to date, but the workmanship suggests it's certainly antique.
