My mother in law bought it as a flea market when she was young and wanted me to find out what I could about it, but I don't know much about its backstory and can't find it or the signature on Google...hoping someone who knows more about art could point me in the right direction!

That’s a print from the work of Margaret Eugenia Stewart Toti Thomis, also known as “Jean Maio” (1924-1987). She’s well known for her depictions of “big eye harlequin children”.
