Help with a Sand Scoop

Hello All

Need help picking out which sand scoop is going to be the best for me.

Going to San Diego this summer and want to Md there on the beach.
(We are staying in a beach house, so it wont be a problem to go early morning or late at night)

Just need advice on what sand scoop to get-
I see that some are made for dry and some for wet sand
I will need one for both! Help me out
Want to spend under $85 if possible.
