Help with ball point pen

I just picked up a Pen but it does not have a name on it does anybody recognize the design all it has is a letter A at the top

I have picked up many pens, and for the most part, all have the brand written right in the middle. Get your loupe out and check thouroughly. Aside from that, I do not recognize it.
