I am pretty sure that is a Simon Isaac Jackson -clothing retailer button from Pittsburg. He went by the name Ike and was in the clothing retail business until 1923.

I don't usually get worked up by buttons but occasionally I come across one that intrigues me. This one meets that description. It appears to be brass, with I JACKSON and PTGH on it. I couldn't find anything about it on the internet, so I'm asking our button guys to weigh in!
Nice!!! Congrats!!!
