I've been looking around a little and couldn't find anyone having this same problem as me so hopefully the community can lend a hand.
The short version is that my Garrett pinpointer AT doesn't keep Z-lynk connection underwater. Not even a little water.
The long is, that i could have swore it did before! I wear the wireless Z-lynk MS-3 headphones. I noticed that as soon as i dunk the PP it loses Z lynk connection and you go by vibration alone as you can hardly hear the underwater tone over the water rushing by. As soon as it's at the surface it reconnects and all is well again. When it reconnects it beeps to let you know its connected and so this leads to about a thousand beeps as i dunk it and take it back out of the water... Well i've filled up a tub of water out back and tested it again and still no dice and i feel like im going a little nuts because i can't remember if it ever worked underwater in the first place.
Any help is appreciated
