✅ SOLVED Help with GM Master part

I picked this up while metal detecting an old family farm property. Looks like a heater vent assembly for a 1940's Chev truck - can anyone tell me what it is and what year the vehicle was?

Any GM vehicle. A heater was a dealer installed option - at least on Chevrolets and Pontiacs. '46 - '48 the heater was under the front seat in passenger cars. Though some older options carried on in trucks for years.

If I had to guess I'd say yours is 1937 - 42.
