Help with ID please

I need a little help with this id as well please. Same story as before, found in Barkley Lake area of Western Kentucky. My eyes may be seeing something that isn't there...so feel free to set me straight, but this looks like a duck's head. Thanks for the help.

Could be a piece of debitage but unlikely an effigy.

Bad news Good news. 1st it's not an effigy or anything like that. 2nd that base looks like it could be worked, a side view and end shot of the thinnest end were your thumb is would tell the tail, but you could have a broken point with a very bad impact break.
