Yes, a homeland Spain type... should be Seville mint by style. This is the late Philip II/early Philip III "OMNIVM" type referring to the legend writing) - 1597 to ca. 1610. Everything of this type for the Seville mint was assayer B (what... you can just see of the MM and assayer mark seems to match up.
PS - it's a nice chunky 2 Reales... very typical for the type.
