Help with identification cut glass bowl!!

Hi! I am new at collecting ABP cut glass but I am a certified addict as of now. I found this piece and I love it, it is deep cut and more intricate then any piece I have found as of yet. It is etched with what I believe to be initials? Pen:85 and appears to have been done by hand and not with a machine. Can anyone help? I have attached pictures....

Looks like pressed glass to me, the edges aren't sharp enough to be cut glass.
