Whay years were Eisenhower dollars made with silver? Thanks!!!

only 71 through 76

and only the S Mints Were Silver Clad.

there were also COPPER/Nickel S Mints for all these Years.

So I think the silver Clads were special Collectors Issues,
Which means you would need luck to find one in Rolls.

i have an ike thats 1776-1976 d is there anything special about it?

The 1776-1976 was minted in 1975 and 1976 commemorating the U.S. bicentennial. So in that respect it is special, but value is minimal.
