Help with maker on cufflinks

Wondering if the black ones look familiar. I believe they’re from a different country than US. Seem to say university in a different language but they are soldered right on top of the name




The green ones have some type of hallmark on the back of them. I’m just not familiar enough to have any idea what it supposed to mean. They are sterling

I think the black ones are actually duke University.

I like the enamel ones, but I've never seen that mark or logo before.

Sterling and I think SE. i didnt know if that design was a company hallmark or not.
