Help with maker?s mark

Surface find an old site this afternoon. Slightly aqua, with a C, B and perhaps an I? Also a shield like design. Anyone know this mark? Found in Pennsylvania.

Pretty cool resource! Didn't find it there, to my knowledge, but I'll keep searching. Thank you for your USAF service; I have three brothers USAF, two retired and one with 4 on his shoulders and now Space Force.
