Help with makro racer 2 on wet sand

Hi all I am having trouble getting any depth on wet sand I can't pick up a euro coin after 3 inches I turn on the machine select beach ground balance and put the gain to around 88-93

Gav, I can't help you with the settings, nor do I know the composition of the euro coin. But I just wanted to butt into your thread/question to say that if the Makro racer 2 is anything like the makro 1, then it will work exceptional on the wet salt.

A friend of mind has one of those, and I had doubted it was going to work for the wet salt minerals. Since, afterall, they're touted as relicky machines good in-iron. And most of those type/purpose machines, don't double as wet-salt beach hunter machines. But we were both pleasantly surprised when the machine worked flawlessly and deeply on the beach I took him too.

I have heard nothing but good reports aboit them and I'm sure with a little help I will be very happy with mine
