Help with Neiman (and Dali) works

Hi folks,
When my parents passed recently they left me around ten pieces of artwork and about a year ago I posted some Dali pieces and this form was very helpful with info I could follow up on. They travelled the world and collected many pieces.

Now I'm looking for help on two Neiman pieces. I'm not educated in art and know practically nothing about it, but any help or info on these would be appreciated. The jockey has two signatures and one of them is pencil. The jumping horse looks like it's signed in watercolor with another signature which is not him. Thx.

He was known mostly for his "sports" art. Maybe if you post them in a sports related site, that is if you want to sell them?

The Jockey was issued with 200 prints. One recently sold for $270.

The horse pic is that of a jumping horse viewed during the 20th Olympiad in Munich, Germany (1972); and those words are most of the second 'signature' you see.
