Help with old lighted advertising?

I found this at a thrift store a couple days ago and thought it was really cool. It seems to be some sort of advertisement for an old western or something, but I have no idea. It is lighted and the lights flash. I looked all over and there is no name anywhere on it. I would appreciate any info if anyone knows what it is. Thanks a million!!!

the guy at the bottom looks like Clark Gable with possibly Jane Russell

It might be a Movie poster for a 50's or around that time Western. I would have bought that also, it is cool.Or maybe a vintage Mexican Western novela.
