help with old porcelan (cant spell) plate

found this one yesterday, seems perfect condition. as you can see in the pic, the bottom comes out a little bit so the edge of the plate is about 3 mm off floor. edge is gold plated, and the painting seems great, have not cleaned it up yet. on the back there are some markings. maybe someone can help me identify and date it. any insight will be awesome, thanks.

that pitchers paint looks very familiar ;)

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

That’s a Bavarian mark for the porcelain company Johann Setlman of Vohenstrauss in Germany. The company started in 1901 and that mark looks to be in the style they used between 1901-c.1912. company history and marks at this link:
