Help with possible ddr quarter

Found this quarter 1982 p quarter with what seems to be doubling on "quarter dollar" on reverse. Opionions?

enamel is spot on it being Machine Doubling! Sometimes I have a habit of not double-clicking on the pics to blow them up and at first glance, I was going to say Die Deterioration Doubling as it is apparent that the Die that struck the Reverse of the coin was severely worn.
