Vintage/antique filigree brooch with what I'm guessing is a paste amethyst. Its clearly not precious metal but it has a hallmark that seems be a crest with a crown on top of the crest. And the crest has row, of im guessing, stars diagonal through the crest. Any help would be appreciated. As curiosity is slightly overwhelming.
