I have a siam Sterling necklace that I cleaned with liquid jewelry cleaner before I knew better and now there is a film over it! can anyone tell me how to remedy this? It has the black neo componant as well, and that is the part of the piece that faired the worst from my ill attempted cleaning. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
It will have to be polished.
Most jewelers will have the proper polisher and polishes / abilities to do this simply and low cost.
