I wanted to post this bottle because I can only find one match for it online. There’s a lot of info on Henry hicks as he was a very prominent businessman in the area. My mom actually went to highschool with his grandson. He became extremely wealthy selling capudine, basically snake oil. He also owned two pharmacies in Raleigh. I would assume this was a bottle from the pharmacy, not the capudine product that was sold nationally. Has a patent date on the bottom, Dec 13/87 (12/13/1887). I would guess the bottle itself dates to the 1910-20’s but I’m still not great at dating bottles. Thanks for looking!

Nice little druggist bottle. Local ones are always special to the digger. Yes this was from a pharmacy/ drugstore and your 1910 date is a good estimate, although you should be able to find info pertaining to his establishment.

That’s a good looking bottle. I saw 2 today but both were slicks. I only keep the embossed ones.
