The first one is just a piece of highly eroded limestone. Not an artifact. You can still see some of the fossils in it.

The second one is definitely a broken Point.

I am not sure at where it came from, but is chirt or flint. Here is a larger peace of flint I found yestersay. Nt

Nice finds. Stay away from the 'fits right in my hand' qualification though. The flint you found doesn't look like it would flake that well, so are you finding pieces that have been heat treated? The Oglalla quartz we find in Oklahoma don't work that well, but once it's been heat treated (which gives it a shiny appearance) it works passably well.
