Possible Effigy, also point ID?

Here is what I think is an Eagle Head Effigy. All of these items were found on a known indian encampment site with rock shelters and teepee rings.

Is this a folsom style? Or just a thumb scraper?

What type of point is this? unfinished?

I have a very vivid imagination. I have so many that i refer to as birds its crazy. Lol And Ive owned a computer for years and still find very lil of what im looking for. Well good luck and keep looking!!
