To put it point blank,(and you can cry freedom of speech all you want to).If a politician talks or signs laws that go against constitutional law,that politician by rights should be tried for treason and hung high.The constitution is THE LAW OF THE LAND,thats it.There is no getting around it,there is no buts ,there is no what ifs,there is no ors,there is no compromising,there is nothing.CONSTITUTIONAL LAW IS THE LAW OF THE U.S.A..Any law that overshadows constitutional law is in fact not a law.No law can supersede it,no law can overshadow it,no law can overpower it.
,no law can go above it.The constitution is the law of the land if you dont like it GET OUT go to North Korea.I'll even pay your airfare.
