Hi..
I found this pan-like shape On rock. It's dimension dia cylindrical 6cm, depth 3 cm, same like emerging line which bointing to north/west.
I would - like to know what does it mean?

( nb location in the Middle East )

It is probably just a hole for grinding some type of grain just like the American Indians did.And the line is more than likely just a fracture in the rock that water has created over time from freezing and expansion.

It could be the bottom of a hole drilled for blasting the rock with explosives.

The area around the hole looks like it could have been water polished - if so, the hole could've been made by swirling water/grit. What is the overall environment you found this in - could it have been a stream bed?
