I now travel for my work and thought for my spare time I would like to get into the exciting world of metal detecting.
When I go to a new area of the states I usually have nothing to do on my off time. This seems like a good hobby to me.
A long time ago I had a metal detector. It was a blue rectangular box with a handle on top. I can't remember the name of it.
It was great fun but i never had the time to really get into it. I have been watching a lot of clips on You Tube and it sure brings back
the memories of excitement I had mangy years ago.
I have done a lot of research on the different detectors available these days and have decided on the MineLabs CTX 3030. I just ordered
the unit today, from Serious Detecting of Michigan. I got a great package deal. I found this forum searching for different Lesche Sampson shovels.
I'm sure excited to get started.
