"Hey lady! I think you lost your dog and dumped your purse!"
It must have been ladies day at the grass patch today. I mean about at least twenty to sixty years ago. I found another old dog tag, "Bazaar Royale" metal lipstick tube and a Schaeffer ladies fountain pen within five feet of one another. I know its for a woman because there is no clip on the cap. Made for carrying in a purse.
