Hey my 800 family heading to the 1820’s iron site tomorrow.

I found that 1834 half dime there but plenty of iron nails any last tips that you have picked up in iron? Favorite iron setting that’s been working for you? Trying to get some tips because the heat is only allowing me 2 1/2 hours max and I won’t have time to try many setups tomorrow. Thanks for any comments
