Hi everyone

I found this bottle at a yard sale over the summer. It seems to be a Stiegel-type pattern molded bottle and it is amber colored. It has a diamond pattern along with twisting flutes on the neck of the bottle. It has a rough pontil mark on the bottom of the bottle. Beyond that information, which I am unsure about to begin with I have no idea how to ID the bottle.

Thanks

Ummm... Glass?

Sorry, I couldn't resist. There are some bottle guys on here. Hopefully one of them will be more helpful and less smart-a$$ed than me.

Hello Collector,

Sorry to say it's not remotely Stiegelesque. The form, color, and style are all pointing to mid 20th Century Reproville.

Very cool find! Try posting it on the Bottle Forum, some one will know this one. :icon_thumleft:

Not sure but I think that bottle shape was IDed here on the WII Forum in the past as a modern bottle from the Middle East but the current search is too complicated for me. But I will try. The old forum was so much easier and quicker.

If you know most of the thread title or the content of the thread then Google works great... Just type in Treasurenet and your key words.. works slick

Yes that is the search I use now but there is no easy way to search specifically in the What Is It Forum with Google. In the old format it would automatically search in the forum you were in. It was so much more user freindly and super fast.

I cant find it anyway. I cant remember what key words to use. I tried "middle east" and "bigcypresshunter" because I may have posted in it.

Its not an Onion bottle.
