After being practically skunked with halves for the last few weeks I finally hit a silver vein. After picking up my order of 4 boxes yesterday & looking through them all, I found my oldest half yet...a well worn 1917 Franklin. Plus I found 12 40%.

Today I got 6 boxes. I'll let yuall know how I do with those.

Nice score! It's always good to break a skunk streak.

Yeah, the silver melt value of it is $10.27 or around there. Too bad its not in high grade condition.

1917 Franklin. Must be worth a fortune ;)

U.N.E. was ribbing you about the 1917 Walking Liberty Half Dollar. It would be quite the mint error to strike a Franklin Half 31yr before its release.

Right on.
