Detector(s) used
My first A garret AT pro
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
I live in south brevard county right near the Brev. / IR county line . I just aquired new Garret AT pro all terrain detector.
I traded it for an old chinese SKS that did nothing but sit on my wall lol. Some will laugh at me some might say I got a good deal.

It came with upgraded water resistent Garret headphones. So is this a good metal detector for a beginner? And where are some good places to start out? I heard sand volley ball courts are good cause people loose lots of stuff in the sand.

If anyone lives close by and wouldn't mind a tag along they might like to teach how to work this thing. Def shoot me a msg.

I was walking the dirt road out front of my house and found my first treasure well not really it was an old power block with some heavy ga copper wire running through it . lookes like it may have been on an old breaker box or something. But it was cool digging it up lol

Thanks

cheers.

Wow.... friendly joint.

Best way to meet folks is via your local club, the Treasure Coast Archaeological Society. They have a website and Facebook page. Located in Sebastian I believe.

moving Friday from Tallahassee to Palm Bay
sandy soil should be softer than tree roots
put a T handle on my digger
went with wireless headphones
clay and roots are hard to dig---should be good to MD in Tallahassee because I have removed many bottle tops.
