I would say a landscape rock is about the best it will ever be in value and they do sell rocks around here just for that reason. To me if I have a blasting contractor who has a job to do a large road cut in a mountain of Schist. I see allot of money needed in the amount carbide rock drill bits he'll need in drilling the blast holes. In my case I hope to be the one doing the supply and sale of the bits on that job. We simple describe metamorphic schist as "harder then the hubs of hell"
