Hi yall

I won't sure where to post my first post to say hello to everyone. I hope I can pick up some knowledge from yall pros. I live in Bradenton Fla. I am brand new to this detecting stuff I am hoping it will help me get out , get some exercise and find some cool stuff.

Hey, welcome inaspin!!
You're not too far off from my home in St. Petersburg... but unfortunately I won't be around those parts for most of this Summer, as I'm working at a church over here in the Orlando area.
You'll find alot of good guys over there in those parts though who hit up the beaches alot. Many of them can be found just by going down in early morning or late evening and detecting your local beaches.
Post a thread over in the Florida part of the forums and put Bradenton in your subject line and ask for any local hunters to get together with, and I'm sure you'll find at least a few!

Welcome! My Father and Brother live in Bradenton and I'll be down there in August visiting them. I lived in Fla. for over 20 years and plan on moving back down there next year...probably to Sarasota/Venice/North Port area...
