The weather cooled by almost twenty degrees yesterday day so I did some screening . I moved a lot of dirt to find a few artifacts but got my fix during this covid lock down . I found a nice little micro Drill and a Sierra Contracting Stem point 3000 BC and a nice Hammerstone . Nice working at home and I added a photo of my dig right on the end of a miners diversion dam from the 1850s . All of the material for the dam was dug from the camp so loaded with both gold rush artifacts and Native American artifacts .

Hello Southfork, what is the stone tool you are holding?
Pedestal?

Woops! Hammerstone

Nice finds south, especially the drill.

That was on the bottle forum my son sold it to pay for a metal detector $ 1400 I think .

I've never found a whole embossed whiskey. Lots of pieces. Nice finds.
I found a small drill a few days ago, but it was damaged and nothing to show off.
