High school curb strip

Today, I hunted the curb strip in front of one of the local high schools. I would have loved to hunt under the bleachers, but the stadium gates were locked. I found bunch of trash (nor a surprise), a pen, a piece of pencil, a binder clip, $0.80 in clad and I don’t have any idea what that is in the last image. This is an area where the band practices, so it could be related to music.
