High tipping politician

I heard about some big democrat senator bragging how he was able to buy votes. "When I take a taxi, I give the cab driver a $150 tip and tell him to Vote Democrat." Not to be outdone, the Republican senator jokingly said "When I take a taxi, I don't leave a tip and I say 'Vote Democrat'.
