Highlights for the last few days--thanks to CaptainSE !!!!!

I sent Captain SE a PM hoping he would drop me a few tips about how to use my new explorer- he gave me a whole page of tips and they are paying off big time! I tried digging only signals that were 5 inches or below- also slowed waaaaaay down. Found an indian at each park I tried. Also found the Rosie and Merc at the same park today.

The pocket watch was located in the front yard of an 1800's schoolhouse.

The dog thing....no clue but its kinda freaky

Also found 6 wheats.

EDDE and I went bottle digging, here are a couple of cool ones- we must have taken home 50 between the two of us.

I had the xlt previous to the explorer- it is a good machine- but I think the explorer is superior to it.

I have been hunting with the explorer for a couple months now and am just starting to get the hang of it- with the xlt, I did pretty well with it from the start.

Glad my tips are helping you out! All it takes is a little time/patience/persistence out in the field before the good finds start popping up.

I'd love to be in an area where you're digging Injuns because the barbers and possibly seateds may be there too.

another ideal is to not make big wide swings , which i was doing and since i take smaller swings i have found more...nice finds
